Quick take: a HubSpot agency or consultant sets up the CRM, moves your data in, builds the automations and connects HubSpot to your other tools. In the TrustedAIAgencies (TAI) UK directory, 48 AI automation firms say they work with HubSpot. 21 of them publish a price, and their median starting price for a project is £1,500.

This guide is for UK businesses that already use HubSpot, or have picked it, and want help getting more from it. If you are still choosing a CRM, start with the best CRM for small business in the UK. To browse the firms themselves, see HubSpot agencies and consultants in the UK.

What a HubSpot agency does

A HubSpot specialist may take on some or all of these jobs:

  • Setup: properties, pipelines, deal stages, user permissions and reports that match how you actually sell.
  • Moving data: importing contacts and deals from spreadsheets or another CRM, and cleaning duplicates.
  • Automation: workflows that assign leads, send follow ups, create tasks and update records.
  • Integrations: connecting HubSpot to your website forms, accounts software, booking tools or phone system.
  • AI on top: chatbots, AI agents or voice agents that write into HubSpot.
  • Training and support: showing your team how to use it, then fixing and improving it over time.

Before you talk to anyone, write down the three things that go wrong most often with your leads or customers today. A good specialist should be able to tell you which of these jobs fixes them, and which you can skip.

Who they are

Most of the 48 firms are agencies or consultancies.

TypeFirms
Agency23
Consultancy17
Software studio4
Marketing agency3
Voice AI specialist1
Total48

That is 17% of the 290 UK firms TAI lists.

London has the most (15), followed by the North West (6) and the West Midlands (4). Most HubSpot work can be done remotely, so location matters less than experience with businesses like yours.

What else they offer

Because TAI lists AI automation firms, these HubSpot firms lean towards automation and AI, not traditional marketing.

ServiceShare of the 48
Workflow automation90%
CRM automation83%
AI strategy and audits65%
AI agents58%
AI chatbots50%
Voice agents and AI receptionists40%
Document processing29%
AI training and workshops29%
Custom AI software29%
Marketing automation19%

Most firms list several services, so the shares don’t total 100%.

Only 19% list marketing automation as a service, so if email campaigns and lead nurturing are the main job, ask about that directly or look at marketing automation agencies. Many of these firms also work with more than one CRM: 25 also mention Salesforce and 15 Pipedrive.

The tools that most often appear alongside HubSpot are OpenAI (27), Salesforce (25), Zapier (25), Claude (20), Xero (18) and n8n (18). If HubSpot needs to talk to your accounts software, look for a firm that already names it.

What they publish as prices

21 of the 48 publish at least one price on their own website (44%). The table uses each firm’s lowest published price of each kind. Most are “from” prices. Some are fixed prices or ranges, counted at the fixed amount or the bottom of the range.

Price typeFirmsMedian starting priceLowest to highest
Audit or discovery5£750£197 to £1,500
Any project build13£1,500£495 to £3,500
Workflow build7£1,500£495 to £3,500
Monthly plan or retainer12£150£49 to £10,000

The samples are small, especially for audits and monthly plans, so treat these figures as a rough guide. For comparison, across all UK firms in TAI’s price study, as of November 2026, the median starting price is £650 for an audit, £1,500 for a project and £150 a month. For more on those, see UK AI automation agency prices and how much AI automation costs.

Published prices from HubSpot firms

Some of the prices these firms publish, in the form they publish them. This is not a ranking or an endorsement.

  • Pineo (consultancy, London) publishes “HubSpot implementation from £1,900 one-off, fixed price; custom integration from £1,500; team training sessions from £350; all prices exclude VAT”. These are “from” prices.
  • ClarifAI Consulting (consultancy, South East) publishes “CRM optimisation £1,500 to £3,000”. This is a range.
  • AI Consultant Essex (consultancy, East of England) publishes “Half-day AI Strategy Diagnostic £950 fixed fee”. This is a fixed price.
  • flowio (agency, Scotland) says its “automation packages start from £750 for a single workflow automation”. This is a “from” price.
  • OpScaling (agency, South West) publishes “£90 per hour + VAT”. This is an hourly rate.

Hourly, per workflow and fixed project prices are not directly comparable. Ask each firm for a quote on the same written brief.

How to brief a HubSpot specialist

To get quotes you can compare:

  1. Say which HubSpot products and tier you have, or plan to buy, and how many users.
  2. List what HubSpot must connect to: your website, forms, accounts software, calendar, phone system.
  3. Describe the data: where it lives now, roughly how many contacts, and how messy it is.
  4. Name the outcomes: for example “every web enquiry gets a reply and an owner within an hour”.
  5. Ask for a fixed scope for the first phase, with support priced separately.

Questions to ask

These are specific to HubSpot work. The checklist for choosing an AI automation agency covers general vetting.

  • Have you set up HubSpot for a business of our size and sector? Can you show an example?
  • Will you build in our HubSpot account, and will we own everything you build?
  • Which parts need HubSpot features we would have to pay more for?
  • How will you stop duplicate contacts when forms and other tools write into HubSpot? See automating website enquiries without duplicate contacts.
  • Who fixes a workflow when it breaks, how quickly, and at what cost?
  • Are you listed in HubSpot’s own partner directory?

HubSpot runs a Solutions Directory where you can search for partners by service, industry and country. Profiles show their badges and customer reviews. Not every capable freelancer or small firm is a HubSpot partner, so treat a listing as one signal among several.
