AI automation agencies for healthcare and clinics in the UK
UK AI and automation agencies whose own websites mention healthcare, clinics or dental work, listed A to Z, with what to ask about patient data.

Clinics lose time to the same jobs every day: phones ringing during appointments, rebooking, reminders, forms and follow-ups. Many UK automation agencies now say they work in healthcare. Our use-case page lists them; this guide helps you build a shortlist.
How we selected these agencies
- Source: our directory of 277 UK AI and automation agencies, compiled from public sources. See how we list agencies.
- Rule: an agency appears here if its own website or public profile mentions healthcare, clinics or dental work. That gives 43 agencies today.
- Order: alphabetical. There is no ranking, and inclusion is not an endorsement. We have not checked their healthcare experience, case studies or certifications.
- Prices: shown only where the agency publishes a starting price on its own site. Published prices cover very different scopes, so compare like for like.
- Businesses that trade under a person’s own name are not named on this page.
- Paid placements do not affect this list.
Where to find the agencies
All 43 agencies are listed A to Z, with what they offer and published starting prices, on our healthcare and clinics use-case page. That page also covers what healthcare businesses commonly automate.
Questions to ask a healthcare automation agency
- Which clinics have you worked with, and can I speak to one?
- What patient data will the system see? Health information is special category data under UK GDPR, according to the ICO, and needs a condition for processing on top of a lawful basis.
- Where is the data processed and stored? Many AI phone and chat platforms process data in the US. Ask for the supplier list and the transfer safeguards. Our Retell AI and UK GDPR guide shows the kind of detail to expect.
- How does a patient reach a person? Especially for anything urgent or clinical.
- Does this fit our NHS obligations? If you hold NHS contracts, the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit applies to organisations with access to NHS patient data and systems.
- Who owns the accounts and what does support cost each month?
This is general information, not legal advice.
